Our Process

Thanks to the flexibility of digital printing, each decor can feature up to 28 unique planks, providing a natural and dynamic visual effect that avoids repetition. A realistic, modern aesthetic designed to stand the test of time.
We exclusively use digital printing technology on our CERAMIN flooring, with solvent-free inks and an efficient process that reduces material waste. The result: brilliant colors, ultra-sharp detail, and a lower environmental impact.
The selected wood grains are scanned using advanced technology to capture every detail with precision. This ensures an authentic and accurate visual foundation for the digital printing phase.
At the CLASSEN Design Centre in Kaisersesch, each decor is brought to life by hand. Our designers draw inspiration from natural landscapes around the world—whether it's a nearby oak forest or wood samples in the studio—every surface begins with careful observation and artisanal craftsmanship.
