Shipping, Returns & Order Cancellations

Estimated delivery times vary by location. Within Canada, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. For orders to the continental United States, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these timeframes may vary based on product availability and shipping location.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, as long as they have not entered processing or production. Special or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, even if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If your order is damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and your order number when contacting us. If the damage is visible upon delivery and you choose to refuse the shipment, please have the delivery slip marked and signed as “damaged upon arrival.” Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
All sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns on tile, hardwood flooring, custom, or special-order products. Samples and clearance items are also non-refundable. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order to ensure satisfaction with the material, colour, and finish.
