Handmade, artisanal extruded production. Each piece shaped using refractory clays, manually placed in molds. Coloured paste penetrates the clay, enriching tones and sealing micro-porosities.

Minor variations in size, colour, tone, and thickness are natural characteristics of cermain tiles and should be expected. Images shown are a representitive of a sample of this tile, but may not display all potential variation.

Our Process

The tiles are air-dried and then fired at high temperatures, ensuring a strong, resilient body and a finish that’s rich in tone and texture.
Once semi-dry, each tile undergoes hand-finishing through techniques like sponging and engraving. These methods highlight the natural texture and emphasize the handcrafted quality.
A richly pigmented paste is applied to the moist tile. As the paste penetrates, it seals the tile’s surface, filling every micro-pore to enhance durability and water resistance.
While the clay is still soft, it’s gently placed into metal molds by hand. This artisanal touch allows for subtle irregularities, giving each tile a distinct character and a sense of craftsmanship that can be seen and felt.
