Features a up to 80% recycled marble content that is combined with cement to create a durable, eco-friendly, long-lasting and water resistant surface. It is a contemporary marble chip tile collection, drawing inspiration from the Seminato tradition – in creating beautiful floors that don’t waste raw material. Each piece is handcrafted, reflecting uniqueness and identity.

Minor variations in size, colour, tone, and thickness are natural characteristics of cermain tiles and should be expected. Images shown are a representitive of a sample of this tile, but may not display all potential variation.

Our Process

Excess water and air are eliminated using advanced technology. The tiles are then cured in temperature- and humidity-controlled chambers, allowing the material to reach its full strength. Finally, each tile is calibrated and rectified to meet the highest standards of precision and finish.
Once the mixture is ready, it is poured into moulds, vibrated at an optimal frequency, and compacted under high pressure. This technique—originating from the traditional method of spreading marble fragments over fresh mortar—ensures density, consistency, and the distinctive terrazzo-like appearance.
The composition of the mixture is defined by a high-performance white cement binder, a precise water-to-cement ratio, and the specific characteristics of the selected marble. MIPA utilizes specialized pharmaceutical-grade mixers to achieve a perfectly uniform blend.
The process begins with the careful selection of the finest raw materials to ensure optimal technical performance and aesthetic quality. This initial step is crucial to maximize the potential of each element, especially the marble fragments, chosen for their visual appeal and durability.
