Our Process

Designed to float lightly in any space, FLYT unites structural balance and ethereal elegance in wide planks, herringbone patterns, and refined natural tones.

Throughout the production process, multiple quality control checks are carried out to ensure consistency and excellence. Once complete, the flooring is carefully packaged, ready to be delivered.
The product undergoes knot repair, surface finishing (including lacquering), and tongue-and-groove milling (T&G) to ensure perfect interlocking. Every detail is refined to enhance both aesthetic value and performance.
All components are graded and sorted according to strict quality standards. The wear layers are selected, while the core and counterbalancing layers are prepared and cut. The three elements are then pressed together, forming a solid and stable structure.
The process begins with the responsible sourcing of wood: trees are carefully selected, chopped, and transported to the sawmill, where they are processed into raw planks. From these, wear layers, core boards, and veneers are precisely cut and sliced.
